Many are giving conflicting advice. What if there was a site that focused on you, the pickleball addict? Not just strategy and performance on the court, but everything off the court so you can be ready to perform your best. Strength, nutrition, pain relief, paddles, mindset, recovery, and more. All in one place. Well, you've found it.

 

Yes, we give lessons, but this is much more than that. Here, you will find ways to prepare for court time by getting your mind and body primed for performance, the Foundation Pickleball way. It will take work, hopefully in ways you don't expect. For example, did you know your focus on the court can depend on factors like hydration and sleep? The goal here isn't to give you advice and send you on your way, oh no, the goal is to make it actionable. "Here's what research says (with references), here's how that might affect you, and here are (hopefully) a couple ways to deal with, or eliminate it." It will be packaged in a way that you quickly absorb, because family, work, and other aspects of life keep you moving.
